Removal
System Cover
Identify the system cover highlighted in blue.
Using a flat head or a Phillips screwdriver, rotate the lock counter clockwise.
Lift the latch till the system cover slides back.
Hold the cover on both sides, and lift the cover away from the system.
Airshroud
Backplane Cover
Identify the backplane cover highlighted in blue
Slide the backplane cover in the direction of the arrows marked on the backplane cover.
Lift the backplane cover away from the system.
Control panel -Right
Identify the control panel highlighted in blue
Lift the cable latch and disconnect the control panel cable from the connector on the system board.
Open the cable retention plastic clip.
Unroute the control panel cable and VGA cable through the side wall of the system.
Remove the screws that secure the cable cover to the system.
Remove the cable cover securing the right control panel cables
Remove the screw that secures the control panel to the system.
Holding the control panel assembly by its sides, remove from the system
Install
Control panel -Right
Identify the control panel location highlighted in blue
Route the control panel cable and VGA cable through the side wall of the system.
Align the right control panel assembly with the slot and slide into place
Connect the control panel cable to the connector on the system board and lower the cable latch to secure the cable in place.
Close the cable retention plastic clip.
Install the screws to secure the control panel to the system.
Install the cable cover to secure the left control panel cables
Install the screws that secure the cable cover to the system.
Backplane Cover
Identify the backplane cover location highlighted in blue
Align the tabs on the backplane cover with the guide slots on the system.
Slide the backplane cover toward the front of the system until the cover locks into place.

Identify the system cover location highlighted in blue.
Align the tabs on the system cover with the guide slots on the system.
Push the system cover latch down.
Using a flat head or Phillips screwdriver, rotate the lock clockwise.
